Selective outrage/Same Energy: Where Did It Go? | Ep 9
I’m just a little confused.
Because not too long ago, y’all stormed the Capitol over an election loss —
and called it patriotism.
You broke into a federal building, waving flags like trophies,
believing you were “saving America.”
But the truth is — it was never about freedom.
It was about control.
And when the smoke cleared,
you were rewarded with pardons, praise, and platform time.
Meanwhile, people who’ve marched peacefully for decades
are still getting called radicals, rioters, and threats.
Now, two years later, the tables have turned.
The very system you defended is turning its back on you.
And instead of outrage — there’s confusion.
Instead of accountability — there’s silence.
You can’t call yourself a patriot when you only fight for power,
and then go quiet when it’s time to fight for people.
Because here’s the truth:
The system you protected doesn’t love you.
It just used you as a shield until it didn’t need you anymore.
And now that you’re finally feeling the heat —
you’re realizing silence doesn’t save you.
It just delays your turn.
So no — I’m not calling for riots.
I’m calling for reflection.
Because you had the energy to tear down democracy for a man,
but none to rebuild it for humanity.
