They Already Know: Why We Need to Stop Teaching the Oppressor About Racism
Redirecting the energy from explanation to evolution
For centuries, we’ve been explaining injustice to people who profit from it.
Teaching them history they wrote.
Explaining systems they built.
And begging for humanity they’ve already priced.
But they know.
They’ve always known.
Ignorance isn’t the problem — indifference is.
So maybe the shift isn’t about teaching them.
Maybe it’s about teaching us.
Teaching ourselves how to build, heal, and sustain — without waiting for permission.
Because they don’t need more education.
We need more execution.
And until we stop begging for acknowledgment
and start building our own tables —
we’ll keep repeating the same story with different narrators.
They don’t need another lesson.
We need a new strategy.
