When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as Holidays, Back to School, Special Events, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Please contact us directly concerning International shipping and orders. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

I reside in the  DFW Metroplex, do you have to ship my item or can I pick it up from you?

If you reside in Dallas, Texas or the surrounding cities, you can use code DALLASLOCALPICKUP, to have your shipping removed. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

*****If you do not reside in the Dallas metroplex or surrounding cities and you use this code. Your order will be cancelled and unfilled. *****

Why is my order still in "Pending"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pending for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES OF ITEMS

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale and discount codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT


First and foremost, we apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at contactthebndbrand@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your name, order number, and email used on the order. Make sure to fully detail the concern, including the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. For example: showing the defect, the size, wrong item received.

We will do our best to correct all wrong orders sent out.

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to our finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once it has been submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.

@THEBNDBRAND is our only page on Instagram. If any page other than @THEBNDBRAND is tagging you saying you've won a giveaway, price, or money it is a scam. We DO NOT do cash giveaways! Any page posing as THE BND BRAND asking for any personal information including cash app, Venmo, or bank account info through a DM is a scam. Please DO NOT respond!

Shipping Address Issues


The BND Brand WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of purchase. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes.

Is my BND BRAND shirt men's or women's sizing?

All BND Brand shirts, hats and hoodies are unisex sizing’s, unless specifically specified in the description or title.
