Pawns, Power, and Popular Votes | Ep10

Pawns, Power, and Popular Votes

Ion trust what you say.

Ion trust how you think.

Because I’ve seen that you don’t.

Every election, the same story repeats.

People swear they’ve “learned their lesson,”

but the moment the ballots open,

they fall for the same game with a new logo.

They vote for chaos dressed in charisma.

They choose comfort over consequence.

And then they act shocked when it all burns down again.

But this time, the illusion of control runs deeper.

Votes are being manipulated, rights are being diluted,

and those in power are tossing out crumbs of “representation”

to the same people they plan to betray.

Texas cutting Black voter impact from 3/5 to 1/5

wasn’t a coincidence — it was a chess move.

It’s not about fairness. It’s about control.

It’s about maintaining the illusion that certain voters “matter,”

while ensuring that real change never stands a chance.

And the wildest part?

Some folks celebrated it.

They thought it meant they were “winning.”

But what they don’t realize

is that they’re not knights — they’re pawns.

And in the game of politics, pawns don’t get rewarded.

They get replaced.
